**Guide price first please in response ** New fans are to be installed on the walls, ducted to the outdoors in the kitchen and bathroom, compliant with HHS. Photos of the two rooms attached. The house is an old Devonport single story villa. An inadequate electric ceiling extractor fan exists in the bathroom above the bath. Kitchen: The fan and all exhaust ducting must have a diameter of at least 150mm OR the fan and all exhaust ducting must have an exhaust capacity of at least 50 litres per second. Bathroom: : The fan and all exhaust ducting must either have a diameter of at least 120mm OR the fan and all exhaust ducting must have an exhaust capacity of at least 25 litres per second.
