Electrician needed for powerpoint, light switch, garage door button replacement

The garage door button needs to be replaced as it is broken and some wiring has been exposed. The lightswitch in one of the bedrooms is wonky and needs effort to turn on and off. It needs to be replaced. The powerpoint in the laundry area needs to be replaced. The bottom switch is too soft and does not turn on the bottom powerpoint. It needs to be replaced.
