Install Extractor Fan in Kitchen and Bathroom

I need to install an extractor fan in the kitchen and in the bathroom to meet the healthy home standards. I am interested in getting a quote for this job. I have attached pictures to get an idea. I have 2 other small electrical jobs. 1. The mirror tube light does not work properly. I have installed a new tube light a number of times and it only lasts a few weeks before it starts to play up, goes dim and then just stops working. Keen to either fix it to replace it with a cheap LED mirror light. 2. The power point in the bathroom (same picture) makes a buzzing noise in the morning when its cold. Not sure what the issue is, but it would be good if you can look into this.
