I think I need a 15Amp three point outside socket - charging plug in hybrid

Hi there, I have bought a Mitsubishi Outlander and the charging cable has a plug with three pins but a thicker longer bottom pin, I think its 15Amp? I'd like to get an outside plug for this. We have a plaster house so would need care taken that the plug did not cause water ingress into the wall of the house. Im also interested in cost for an LED dimmer switch for our bedroom, and maybe one other standard light switch replacement depending on cost, and possibly an extra light in out downstairs cupboard depending on cost.
