Ducting and Extractor Fan to Outside Wall

I need to ventilate my stove in the kitchen: The Range hood needs to be vented to outside wall. Suggest some flexible ducting from range hood onto top of cupboards then 90 degree turn towards the outside wall. A 125mm extract fan through outside wall. Please note: The external wall is Polystyrene Cladding on Timber Framing. Please see attached sketch and feel free to ask any questions.. Hoping to have the job done by Monday 14th November - if possible. PS. More than happy to have Tradies make other suggestions to ventilate to legal requirements. Regards. W.
