Separate Switches for 2 sets of paired External light points

Hi We currently have a common switch for our 2 pairs of external lights. We need to create separate wiring and switch for each external light. There are two such sets of 2 pair light points. So there are two new switches needed - see image one set of paired lights having a common switch. Please advise with estimate so we could get this sorted asap. Thanks Anil ---
