Fix downlight connection in bathroom

In the bathroom there are 3 downlights - 1 of the three appears to have a bulb connection that isn't working properly; flicks on and off, stays off for sometime then will come on for a bit. Bulb has been changed and this is not the issue so think the connection needs to be looked at. This light is also the one closest to the shower so hoping it doesn't have anything to do with steam?
