1. Install 5 five new flush mounted 240V “eyelid” lights spaced around the timber deck edge board to illuminate an outdoor patio area. To be wired to separate switch located inside at the existing patio flood light switch location (Replace current single switch with a double switch) 2. Check operation of existing security lights at front garage entrance. Convert from motion activated to simple on/off operation wired to separate switch to be located at the existing side door security light switch in garage (Replace current single switch with a double switch) 3. Check operation of deck/spa area security lights. Convert to simple off/on switch operated from current switch in bedroom. 4. Install new ceiling mounted three light bar over breakfast bar, wired to separate switch to be mounted near other kitchen light switch. 5. Install new light fitting to replace existing mezzanine area light 6. Relocate Solar HWH system control switching in ceiling space from current location near cylinder to adjacent to ceiling access door. 7. Fit and connect with switch, a new ducted fan from lounge wall to main bedroom ceiling. All new light fittings and duct/fan kit will be supplied. Electrician to supply all necessary wiring, switches and other necessary materials.
