Ethernet House Network

Hi, My house has many (at least one in every room) existing phone jacks and tv aerial connections. I'd like these to be repurposed as ethernet (one or two in each room) and then the rest removed. I will provide and configure my own switch, I only need assistance moving the wires through the walls. The house is two storey, there is very convenient under floor access and the ceiling is made of plaster tiles (which I think pop out but I haven't been able to work out how). The walls do not contain insulation and neither does the floor. Cheers, Tate
