Replace the wiring from the wall to the HWC

We just recently replaced the Hot Water Cylinder (HWC). The cable from the wall to the HWC is quite old and the wires (especially the red) casing is cracked or absent. It's ok now with the cover on as it's been tested but I it would bet a risk if someone opens it to (for example adjust the thermostat). Wanting it to be upgraded (and safe).
