The bathroom is small, 2000 x 1700, with a shower cubicle as extra. The Shower cubicle is side by side with the back of the wardrobe from the next bedroom. Currently there is a bath and a vanity. We want to strip the old vanity/shower/bath and wall/ceiling linings and discard. Remove the bath completely and replace the vanity and shower cubicle, put in a mirror, heat/fan/light and a light over the mirror, and a heated towel rail. Door to be rehung on opposite side of frame. New gib and ceiling, tiled floor. We will supply the Shower cubicle, vanity, mirror, light/heat/fan, mirror and tiles.
