Electrician Needed

I had my fiber installed today, however, the technician said the cables in the patch box is somehow not connected properly to those internet points in house, internet points aren’t active. I was then advised to contact a electrician for further assistance. I have attached some photos for more details. Desired Outcome: all 3 internet points activated and numbered and pairing up with the cables in the patch box. So I can move the router from garage into the house.
