Install extractor fan to bathroom window - electricians job

I'd like to install a fan to our small bathroom window as well as tint the rest of the glass in order to block outside view. A very basic fan will do as it is a small property and bathroom. This is more a fan install job then the tinting window - however if both can be done at once that would be great. Attached picture of the window, thank you.
