We need light fittings diagnosed/replaced by a qualified electrician, as follows:- Fix/replace 1. Sensor light by back door * 2. Sensor light by driveway * 5M ladder available 3. Fluorescent tube in outside garage 4. Replace Centre light fitting in top lounge * 5. Replace Fluorescent tube in lower lounge with LED kit * * have replacement parts in case needed. Item 5 old fitting can go in 3 outside garage if suitable. Can you do these items and charge on a time and materials basis if appropriate please. Spot on. Came promptly, gave a good estimate, did perfect job straightaway, also fixed an extra item when asked. Personable. As agreed he charged for time and materials at a reasonable hourly rate. Honest with the time on his invoice.
