Install new power outlets

Two jobs: 1. I need two power points put into a new laundry and a breaker/RCD fitted on switchboard. The space used to be a lobby into the garage and currently has no existing power points. However there is access on the other side of the wall which is in a easy access space under the house. Cabling can easily be taken to the location of main switchboard under house where there is standing space. I already have a reel of 2.5mm TPS and a couple of Double power points with extra switch for washer and fridge. 2. I have an old Nissan Leaf electric vehicle and purchased a charging kit which will allow me to charge the vehicle via a 15amp Blue Commando outlet. The kit included the outlet and 15amp breaker which I need an electrician to install on side of the house. Once again there is easy access under house to run the cable to switchboard.
