Fix wiring from the wall plug to the heat pump unit

Our dog has kindly chewed the power cable that runs from the outside heat pump unit to the plug box on the wall. (see picture). Now we have no heating as turning it on trips a fuse. Looking for someone to fix for us today if possible - (I know probably no chance but hey got to try). if not today then over the weekend??
