Running Fibre to the home and installing a power outlet for the wifi modem.

Hi, We are in the process of getting fibre installed into our home (2 levels, 5 bedrooms) and would like to get this done right. Our objective is to make sure: a. That the location of the fibre box is ideal and wouldn't be an eye-sore and the best way to run the cable from the fibre box to the roof and to the location of the wifi modem. b. The location of the wifi modem is ideal to serve every room in the house. We are looking for someone with experience in this area and could give us the right recommendations. I have attached the photo of our house and the possible location of the power outlet in the second floor of our house.
