The circuit for HWC might short, no idea why, it worked well for the last 2 month since we moved in. it did not work 2 days ago. the circuit breaker jumped once push to on. I am very appreciated if someone can solve the problem by today, you may need to cutting tool to break the pad lock to access to electric switch board as the key is missing.
