Interior Lighting Kitchen: Light over sink - 1x Replace with new hardware Track light Lights over bench - 2x change from pendant to recessed downlight [To buy] Dining: 2x Replace with new hardware pendant Lounge: 2x Replace with new hardware pendant Spare room: 1x Replace with new hardware pendant Guest Room: 1x Replace with new hardware pendant Office: 1x Replace with new hardware pendant Downstairs Bathroom: 1x Replace with new hardware wall-mount Stairwell: 1x Replace with new hardware pendant Master bedroom: 1x Replace with new hardware pendant, 2x Replace with new hardware wall-mount Upstairs Ensuite: 1x Replace with new hardware wall-mount Exterior Lighting Check and replace all required downlights approx 12 ~50% replace [To buy] Outside West side: 4x Replace with new hardware wall-mount [To buy] need advice.
