Fuse keeps blowing

Our fuse keeps blowing, it’s wired to both the kitchen and the living room. When two appliances are on at the same time in the kitchen, e.g. dishwasher and microwave, or toaster and TV, the fuse always blows. Looking to prevent this from happening in the future.
