wire up kitchen lights and plugs

Require electrician to wire up down lights in ceiling also couple of power points to be located approx 300mm and addition of one new point. I have the lights. Also if wanted have small jobs around house that can be done, from replacing old ceramic fuses to odd light switch. Cheers
