Caravan wiring and lighting

I have a 1959 caravan that needs lighting. Here's my thoughts: -All lighting to be 12V -Strip light under cabinets on both sides (about 4 m x 2 -Securing 2 x 1959 lights into. new places -2 x USB/3 pin plug installations (new) Preferable usb to be 12v I have has an initial electrical inspection and just need to cover securely 1 (now unused ) wire. Rest of original wiring has passed (wow) Currently we are stopping all leaks and a lot of the lining is off. I have no idea when we do the lighting and wiring, before or after lining goes on. Also install solar panel, battery and controller (I will but the kit from Burneco) Would like a person to come and take a look at whalers gate, and put together a plan and work in with the builder over the next month. I have costed the job based on the estimator, but really looking for a quote after review. Thanks
