The freestanding oven in this rental property has stopped working and needs to be replaced. We need an electrician to uninstall the old oven and install a new one. We will provide the oven. Will need to liaise with tenant regarding access. We are currently looking online for ovens and would like to get the install done as soon as we purchase an oven as the tenant has no way of cooking.
