Could I please have a quote for some electrical work done at my property, as per below? • Remove overhead telecom cables (I understand that with fibre, these are unrequired). • Remove overhead fibre and power cables, and put them underground instead. • Connect oven and cooktop to power in wall • Connect the outdoor hot water cylinder to power (I am assuming I would need an outdoor switch as well).

For Building consent, the council requires one alarm in my commercial premise connected with two alarms installed in the tenants flat/above x 1 and 1 x in their staircase. So 3 in total. They also require a PS3 from for emergency fire filled out as proof it has been done. Will need to time access with tenant above

So someone installed a heat/fan/light combo in the upstairs bathroom but its not connected or working. The downstairs bathroom needs an outside vented exhaust fan or another combo if it's appropriate for the size of the bathroom. Both are small bathrooms. The downstairs has no adequate ventilation.

I have unusually high Controlled Power consumption. I noticed it sometime late 2022 and I got my HWC replaced April 2023. My Controlled meter is 554 kWh vs 96 kWh of Uncontrolled meter in the last 30 days. I need help to identify what is wrong, if any, and to correct it.
