Install new lights

We have purchased some new lights for our villa. A mix of pendant lights and spotlights. Where there are current spotlights over the kitchen bench we would like to put the pendant lights and where there are pendant lights in the kitchen we would like to put spotlights. We would also like a new spotlight installed.
