1950s 2bed house. 100sq M appox. Original wiring. Pre purchase buillding report indicates wiring to be deemed as unsafe. Would be looking at a total re-wire in the month of April based on a suitable quote. Would also require additional sockets installed to our preference. Building report can be forwarded with pictures of current wiring and inspectors recommendation if required
