Looking at buying a house and want an electrician to check that there are no faults and quote for: - connecting existing powerpoint in garage - installing earth leakage CB on power circuits and main - adding a couple of power points Inspection would be Thursday 26th Nov I do expect to pay for the check separately to the rework which would be after settlement in mid December.
