I would like to install a ceiling fan. There are downlights in the ceiling so I hope there will be enough room to fit the wiring etc. Also have a couple of small jobs. 1 plug socket not working. 1 plug socket coming away from wall. Downlights in lounge dodgy and need changing and looking at.
