Laying Greenline pipe for fibre

I need to have greenline communications conduit pipe installed so we can get fibre to the back apartment. It would run from the footpath, along the fence for ( very approximate 20 metres) and then underneath the ground for (very approximate 10 metres) to the back of the studio apartment.
