kitchen and bathroom fan install/replace

We would like to upgrade/replace our bathroom fan and have a kitchen fan installed. The current bathroom fan vents through the ceiling, probably needs the ducting replaced as well. The kitchen doesn't have a fan, only a extractor hood with no venting. Thanks Gordon
