Connect new distribution board to main supply

I am renovating my house in Blenheim. The existing main board inside is to be disconnected. I have a new meter board installed that requires the suppled 16mm 2c+ns cable to be connected to and and then to the new pdl 60 distribution board inside the house. Until the new kitchen is connected. I require the existing oven, hwc, garage power and some plugs livened up. Everything is supplied. As the new board is closer the existing circuits to be moved will be straight forward process. Walls/Ceiling are exposed. No climbing under house or ceiling is required. If it's an option I have a couple heat pumps that could be installed and depending on costs a new garage sub board to replace existing. Photos available.
