Power on in new dwelling

I am converting a garage to a dwelling, there is no power. I will need a total of 6 power points, and three lights inside, and one outside. Will also need a TV aerial plug and an oven cable. There will be a gas califont for my hot water, which will also need to be wired in. I am supplying the califont The building is 35msq, and is unlined. I am situated 19 km out of Blenheim. The area is sandy, but a trench will already dug for any wiring if this is required. There is another small dwelling on the property that already has electricity. It is approx 5m away from the garage being converted.
