No Hot Water in my house

There is no hot water at my house for the last 2 days, i have tried 1) Turning off and on the switch. 2) removing the fuse from the switch board and putting it back 3) Reset the water heater cylinder - but to no luck or joy. I also need someone who can fix a flush that keeps leaking - water drips in the bowl. I have a Rheem thriple inlet electric indoor cylinder. I am looking for someone reliable.

Electrified but not shocked

Thought it was a plumbing issue with hot water in the bathroom, so had the plumber come in, only to be told it was an electrical issue with (a) the bathroom and (b) two bedrooms. The power works in the rest of the 3 bedroom house, but not 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Apparently the power in these rooms have been off for months. Any help is appreciated.

Loose wires be gone

Had an electrical inspector inspect the sleepout and garage. Said he could not restore power to our sleep out due to his inspections result. The electrical installation is not comply to AS/NZ standards and it is unsafe to reliven until someone tidy up few unsafe wiring and recheck existing wiring at the sleep out. Also the main switch board protection devices ( RCDs) is not wired. Inspector strongly advices to get an electrician to rewire it correctly and provide a Coc for their installat...

Possible Hotwater Cylinder Theromostat replacement

Stanley 30 Gallon Hot Water Cylinder 1962 We normally have an endless supply of hot water, now we seem to run out eg: after three people shower then hotwater will finish but will be replenished next morning. We had Auckland Plumbers do a thorough check of our HWC and they could find no plumbing related faults so they suggested we call in an electrician to check the thermostat. There has been no increase in our monthly electrical bill nor has there been any changes to the house plumbing.

Central vacuum repair

we have a new house about a year old. central vacuum (premiere brand) had to reset it once for overload I guess. went to vacuum the other day and now its not even turning on, so I think there is something wrong electrically . I need someone wh knows to please have a look and fix it for us. also while I'm one here if an electrician can also install our security camera outside the garage. ring camera brand.

Thing that need power source - prewired by supplier. Side curtains Louvres LED strip lights in louvres Rain sensor Heater Some guidance on job sequence appreciated so I don't complete assembly and then makes access difficult. Sooner the better
