Removal of wall lights and check security sensor lights. Quote for down light

Hi we have recently moved home and the house has an 1880 front and modern extension at the rear. The electrics were all changed during the previous owners time. In 2 rooms there are vintage style wall lights which we would like to be removed before we fill in the holes and redecorate. We also have an exterior movement sensor light which doesn’t come on and blows the fuse. We would also like to add 2 additional Dow lights in the kitchen over the work surface. Currently there is just 1. Please can you quote for this type of work. Thank you.
