Hi there I have labelled the pictures attached 1 to 3 as I need help with 3 issues. 1. The bathroom fan light does not turn on and the heat function seems to not be working. 2. One of the kitchen led lights don't seem to turn on even after being replaced. 3. The lounge light keeps flicking on and off even after bulb replacement. Would like a quote to fix all 3 please. Thanks
