Security Light Replacement

I have a rental property with a freestanding garage that has an old security light mounted on it. The light setup consists of two old flood lights with a sensor in the middle, but the light doesn't work probably because the sensor lens has disintegrated. I would need a simple replacement with a new two-light (probably LED) and sensor unit.
