External powerpoint installation with CC

Hi, I'm looking at getting an external waterproof powerpoint installed in my backgarden, to power a water fountain. The ideal location of powerpoint is nearby heatpump compression unit and cabling(dunno if this is a good or bad thing). The AC adaptor for water fountain is also IP64, not effective for Auckland's severe storms as of late.
