Rangehood flue replacement

Currently reno kitchen. Rangehood duct penetration Proposal Remove the existing the Rangehood flue on the exterior, and replacd with the new Rangehood flue as per kitchen drawings. What are the most convenient ways to replace or remove the existing Rangehood duct penetration? And the exterior flue? House is weatherboard in the area - there is a bearing frame on the interior wall as well. See attached photos for references. Wants ideas and quote as well - want it done within next 2 weeks.
