Sleepout Renovation

Dimensions are 6 metres x 2.7 metres. - Need to insulate, re-GIB and prepare walls and ceiling for painting. - Need to build 2 walls for a small bathroom (1.7 metres x 1.5 metres) and install plumbing to the sleepout for shower, toilet, vanity and possibly a kitchenette - Need to replace ranch slider measuring 248mm long x 198mm high with either another ranch slider or another option (if cheaper) - Install lino on bathroom floor (1.7 metres x 1.5 metres) - Install carpet in remainder of sleepout If there is someone that can do all of this work as one contractor that would be the ideal option. Looking at December or January for work.
