Buy and replace it with a new electrical board. 3. Buy and install the TV wall mount. 4. Chandelier on the stairs. We will buy the chandelier of choice. 5. Move air con from living room to bedroom. Buy and Install a new air con in the living room. (optional) Location - Pakuranga heights
