Down lights that don't turn on, it's not the bulbs.
Job description
We have a series of down lights, one outside as well, that don't turn on, or turn on intermittently. We have changed the bulbs, makes no difference. We also have a light switch that wobble and will only turn the light on if you wobble it to the right place.

Obviously Covid threw a bit of a spanner in the works, but as soon as levels shifted the electrician was back here and completed the job quickly. When a few of the lights proved to be tricky he returned twice to solve the issues, no trouble at all.
