Change wall light fitting

I would like to replace an old wall light fittings which takes a long halogen tube bulb (please see photos) to a standard wall fitting that will take E27 or B22 LED bulb please. This is for my rental property in wattle downs. These are in the downstairs bathroom/toilet. May be some thing like Miter10 Mega --- / ---
