Job description
The job for licensed electrician to supply and install the new bathroom extractor fan and the kitchen rangehood for our rental in Otara. The place is standard weatherboard bungalow with pitched rood. Both rangehood and bathroom fans are to be ducted outside via the ceiling space to comply with Healthy Homes act. Rangehood spec is 600mm canopy rangehood (S/S from HomeDepot or Mitre10) and fan is an exhaust fan with ducting outside.

The job we required was to install the rangehood and bathroom fan at our rental to make sure we comply with new Healthy Home standards. Patrick quote came very competitive and he was available to do the job on the following day. We are very happy with the end result and would definitely use him again for any future electrical projects.
