Adding outdoor down lights, Removing existing security lights, Moving cables

Hi There, I am looking for an electrician to do the following: 1. Remove existing security lights 2. Replace these with Down lights set in the eaves 3. Remove un-needed UHF and Phone cables 4. Re-wire UHF and Sky cables through roof, down to tv.
