Hi we need a reliable and smart electrician with some building experience to install a bathroom extractor fan in a bathroom that currently has none. There is only one down light in the ceiling at the moment. Ideally we would like the outlet of the fan to go out of the house not into the ceiling so moisture doesn't build up in the ceiling. Plus the cavity between the roof and the ceiling is low. There is only one down light in the ceiling at the moment.
