UPDATE.. FROM OUR OTHER JOB RE INSTALL OF HEAT PUMPS, THERE IS INTEREST IN DOING THIS JOB AS WELL AT THE SAME TIME.. I WILL UPDATE THIS LISTING ASAP, DEFINITELY BY TONIGHT WEDNESDAY 5 FEB, THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE. We need someone to supply and install 3x ducted extractor fans in the kitchens of three houses on one property; also 2 in the bathrooms of the same houses.. in order to comply with the Healthy Homes standards. This job is in Highland Park. If you have interest, we also have the same need in Mount Wellington nearby, but 3x units in kitchens and bathrooms of three houses on one site.. please see my other advert on Builders Crack. We would like the work completed so we can be invoiced and can pay before 31 March, being the end of the financial year.. if you are too busy to achieve this, please do not reply to this ad, thanks.

Great job, fair price. Professional and efficient. EXCEPT, I specifically told Kiran l did not want his installers telling my tenants about my other properties. Then my tenant said to me the installer said "they had done a lot of these installs for me". To say l am pissed off is an understatement, l am livid Kiran!
