Small electrical job, Purata House

Hi, we’re looking for a registered electrician to make some finishing touches to our Mangere Bridge rental property… as our electrician has up and moved to Wanaka! Hoping to get this done over next few days, as the new tenant is moving in Weds afternoon – and she’ll only get cold showers until we have this sorted, ha! There are 3 things that need to be done: * Connect oven and stove top. * Connect Heat Pump TPS cable at fuse box. * Replace faulty (RCD?) in fuse box. NOTE: photo attached showing RCD’s in fuse box. I’ve tested and identified the middle of three orange ones (C25) is not sending power – it’s connected to hot water cylinder. I assume replacement of this will eliminate issue with hot water cylinder… We also have a rangehood that was working just fine, but then overnight all functions (fan and lights) decided to stop working! I have a feeling it’s something simple but have not been able to identify. If you’re good with appliances perhaps this can be a quick fix? Or at least a second opinion. When replying, please provide a quote, and availability that would work for you. For me Weds morning (24th) would be ideal. Second choice would be Tues (pm) or Thurs (any time). Friday as a last resort. I’m onsite every day, only able to check email early mornings and late evenings. Cheers! – Ste’en
