Shower room extractor with three lamps

One of the lamp holders constantly makes the lamp flicker. We have replaced the lamp a couple of times, and it goes flicker-free for about a month. A tiny turn of the lamp makes the flicker go away for a few weeks, then back again. Looked at buying replacement part at Bunnings etc, but they don't have them. Photo of the lamp holder attached
