Bathroom heat/fan/light not working

Our heat/light/fan unit no longer works in our bathroom. The fan stopped working over a year ago but the heat lights and normal light would still work. Now nothing works. We are fully renovating our bathroom at some point so would like the best option to get some light back into the bathroom for the time being. Whether it is this being repaired. Or another one installed but I can no longer see triangle shaped ones available.
