Renovations electrical work

Currently gathering quotes for renovations to my bathroom kitchen and laundry area. Require new PowerPoints throughout the house (as these as minimal due to age of property). Also would like to know if house needs re-wired again due to age of property. Will be putting in new kitchen laundry and bathroom so require electrical work here and new light in a small storage cupboard.
